What Is Beef Tallow Skincare? The Short Answer.
If you have ever flipped a moisturizer over, tried to read the label, and given up halfway through the second line, this is the opposite of that. Beef tallow skincare is natural skin care made from rendered beef fat, specifically from grass-fed cattle. The fatty acid profile of grass-fed tallow is closer to human sebum than any common plant oil. Sebum is what your skin makes naturally. A moisturizer that mimics your skin's own oil absorbs without disrupting the microbiome, supports the moisture barrier structurally, and doesn't require emulsifiers to stabilize it because it contains no water.
