Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We don't ship internationally yet.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate of $6.99. Your rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are handcrafted and packed in [1 to 3] business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within [3 to 7] business days via [USPS/UPS]. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. We don't ship or deliver on weekends or U.S. holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Hot weather

Our products are made with natural fats and can soften or melt in hot weather. We're not responsible for softening or melting once a package is with the carrier.

Tracking, delays, and lost packages

Once a package leaves us, delivery is in the carrier's hands. We aren't responsible for carrier delays. If your tracking stalls, a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or something seems lost, email hello@hideandhoney.com and we'll help you chase it down and make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; reshipping costs may apply.

Subscription Policy

How Subscribe & Save works

Choose Subscribe & Save on an eligible product and we'll ship it to you automatically on the schedule you pick, at your subscriber price. You'll get an email before each order so nothing is a surprise.

Delivery schedule

Subscriptions ship every 2 months by default, and monthly is available if you'd prefer. You can change your frequency anytime from your account.

Billing

Your card is charged when each order is created, at the subscriber price in effect at that time. If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you so you can update your payment method.

Shipping

Standard shipping terms apply to subscription orders. Orders of $35 or more ship free; orders under $35 ship at the flat $6.99 rate.

Skip, pause, cancel

You're in control. Skip a shipment, pause, change your next delivery date, or cancel anytime from your account, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. Changes made before your next order date apply to that order.

Changing what's in your order

Want a different size or a different scent next time? You can update or cancel your subscription and start a new one with your new choice from your account. Email hello@hideandhoney.com if you'd like a hand.

Price changes

If a subscription price ever changes, we'll email you before it takes effect so you can decide what you'd like to do.
