Return & Refund Policy

We're a small Texas outfit, and we want you to love what you put on your skin. If something isn't right, reach out to hello@hideandhoney.com and we'll make it right.

Unopened jars. Unopened jars with the safety seal intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made a mistake.

Opened jars: our first-jar promise. If you've tried your first jar and it isn't for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We'll offer a refund or store credit for that jar. This promise is limited to one opened jar per customer. Opened jars don't need to be shipped back.

Bundles. Unopened jars from a bundle can be returned under the terms above. If you open a jar from a bundle, the first-jar promise covers that one jar, refunded at its share of the bundle price.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Subscriptions. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your next order ships. Subscription orders follow the same return terms once they're delivered.

Our discretion. Hide & Honey reserves the right to decide the appropriate remedy for any request: a replacement, store credit, or a refund. We also reserve the right to decline requests that appear to abuse this policy.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
