Terms of service

Agreement

By using hideandhoney.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Refund, Shipping, and Privacy policies, and the Cosmetic Disclaimer below. The site is operated by Texas Grass Fed Farms, LLC, doing business as Hide & Honey. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe our products accurately and show current pricing. Prices, products, and promotions may change at any time without notice. We may correct errors, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order and issue a refund if we can't fulfill it. You're responsible for providing accurate account, payment, and shipping information.

Cosmetic Disclaimer

Hide & Honey products are cosmetics for external use only. Do a patch test before first use: apply a small amount to the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Read the ingredient list on each product page before use. If you're pregnant, nursing, have allergies to bee products or plant-based ingredients, or have a specific skin concern, check with your healthcare provider first. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Subscriptions (add when Subscribe & Save goes live)

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each recurring order, on the schedule you select, until you cancel. Orders ship every 2 months by default, and monthly is available. Each order is charged at the subscriber price in effect on the order date. We'll email you before each order and before any price change takes effect.

If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you so you can update your payment method. After repeated failures we may pause or cancel the subscription. You can skip, pause, change your delivery date, or cancel anytime from your account, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. Changes made before your next order date apply to that order. To switch scent or size, cancel and start a new subscription.

Intellectual property

The Hide & Honey name, logo, text, images, and site content belong to Texas Grass Fed Farms, LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXAS GRASS FED FARMS, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Texas Grass Fed Farms, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the products or your violation of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with our policies, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site and your orders.
